Today is your Day of Preparation .
Welcome, welcome at Silent Mornings. I’m so excited to start this journey with alll of you. After months of preparation the first day of Silent Mornings has arrived.
I love to explain a bit about how I have found the inspiration for this journey:
First of all: I love the mornings. I hardly always wake up with a feeling of: YES! A new day has arrived. Mornings are gold as all is new and fresh. Compare it with Spring: the first leaves are visible. That first light in the morning gives me always a feeling of energy and inspiration.
As a child I remember that I was always very happy when I woke up. I could not wait to get up, get my breakfast and go outside. Off course especially in the Spring and Summer with the beautiful sounds of the birds but also in Winter when I could see still some stars in the sky,
To follow the natural ritme of day & night, morning & evening and Summer & Winter is a ritme that willl support you in staying emotional and physical balanced. However , with our Daily Life, so busy and occupied and all available techniques like devices etc. we might feel sometimes far away from our natural ritme.
Last Summer I was invited to a retreat centre in France to teach YogaClasses during a family retreat. And every morning I went to a beautiful lake to be in silence and take some moments for myself. One morning I’ve got this idea of creating this 3 -days Online Journey. As i felt how deeply I want to encourage others to take that precious time for yourself, especially in the morning.
Also in history many writers and filosophers where inspired by the morning, hereby some inspiring quotes for you:

The mornings have such a healing , refreshing energy and especially when you start them in Silence you will add more value in your life.
We are so used of talking, getting our devices and we forgot all about this precious, beautiful chance you get every day. As I would love you to experience this yourself as well I have created this 3 - day Journey. After this journey you might feel inspired to add at least one Silent Morning yourself every week in your life or even every month.
To start your Journey tomorrow morning I advice you to read your WorkBook well and follow the preparing instructions I have created carefully for you. It will take you only 30-45 minutes extra every morning, but as I have learned from my Yoga & Meditation practice: Take Time To Create Time. Or in other words: You will create more time for yourself as time is HOW YOU EXPERIENCE IT!. Time has a total different meaning for every one of us. One thing I can be clear off: when you are stressed about time, you create a lack of time. So it feels that you have less and less time because you feel ( to ) busy. But actually that’s an illusion.
