Dream

How much in your life did you hear other people say: ‘ I have this dream, but..and then comes the reason why it’s not possible. 

 

Dreams gives your life wings, and wings are the symbol of hope. But what’s a dream actually? We dream during our sleep and there are more theories about this. Some people have what we call lucid dreams and they can see their own future or the future of others. 

In your ‘ dream state’ during sleep, you might do and see things that you will not do in your normal life. And in your ‘ deep sleep ‘ state you are completely connected to the consciousness of the Universe. It’s the state that you cannot remember anything of when you wake up. Isn’t that an amazing principle of the Universe? Every night we are ‘ pull back’ to our original state of consciousness. This state is needed , sleep is needed, and your dream state is needed , otherwise you will die.  Sleep is more important that food. In this period we learn so much more about are possibilities of our brains and the immense power we all have when we use our imagination.

You might have a big dream and others might say: ‘ be realistic’. Yes at this moment it’s not happening yet, but the future is nearby. 

 

A lot of things you see in the world are creating by the dreams of others. So it’s possible. 

 

The Bhagavad Ghitta( verse 13:14)  teach us that: Everywhere are His hands and feet, eyes, heads, and faces. His ears too are in all places, for He pervades everything in the universe. Wich actually means that the immense intelligence of the Universe is in all of us. 

 

However we are totally forgot how to use it. As , here again, our mind is most of the time in the way of it, controlled by our limited Ego. 

 

The Ego does not want growth and joy. The ego wants that everything stays at it is, limited and easy to control . 

 

Yes it’s a huge challenge to deal with that and an everyday practise. 

 

Here comes the role of your  six chakra in : The sixth chakra is sometimes called the Third-Eye because it’s about seeing.

This center is about intuition: your ability to visualize, to imagine, to be clairvoyant (meaning clear seeing), and to hold a greater vision for your life.

Your sixth chakra is all about growth, imagination, dreams, visualization and bring this into your life- make it reality. 

Or another very poplar word: MANIFESTATION. 

The most important ‘ rule of MANIFESTATION is: You have to become it.  And that’s a huge challenge when you feel tired, depressed, having doubts and fears. You have to practise to become your DREAM. And it’s not about suppressing your feelings and emotions! It’s first about accepting them and realize that they are in your way of your dreams. If you can feel that and really transform them you will manifest your dream. 

 

Today you can dedicate your whole day to your dream ( s) . Write them down, visual them, feel them, draw them, make a moodboard etc. In your workbook you will find some good questions. 

Your guided meditation will lead you to your dreams and after that I highly invite you to make a MOODBOARD. And that’s also a lot of fun! How to do this I will explain in the voice message below this program. 

The yoga poses of today will open more your third eye - sixth chakra and especially meditation is very good for this. In fact meditation is needed to activate your state of imagination and connect with your authentic CORE FREQUENCY as this is the frequency you can create the life you wish. 

You might think: but how about appreciation and being grateful for the life I have right now? YES, that’s an absolute MUST to create your dreams. As this state of being is what we call the higher frequency and from that state it’s much more easier. So as an extra excersise I would like you to invite to write down all the things in your life your are grateful for right now. 

 

Repeat this yogi proverb: I don’t believe in miracles, I rely on them.

Answer the following questions in your WorkBook

1: And I would like to invite you to write down after the meditation everything that comes up in your mind when you think about your dreams. Don’t think about the outcome, just write it down. There might be blocking thoughts  coming up but that’s all fine. You might hear the voice of your parents, you might see a part of you as a teenager. Whatever comes up, write it down. And describe your dreams carefully

 

2: Go back to all the times that dreams came true for you What did you do, how did you do it, what was the outcome? How did that feel?

 

3: What would you change in your life if you know 100 % sure that you can make it happen?
